- Estimates exclude customs clearance delays, force majeure events, strikes, public holidays, or incorrect address entries.
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country — these are the customer's responsibility.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any re-shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking number and link will be emailed to your registered email address. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Refunds & Replacements for Late Delivery
If an order is not delivered within the maximum timeline listed above — excluding delays caused by customs, acts of God, or customer-provided errors — please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
